A 'sometimes works fix' for the glitch is to get quick pressure off the edge. I've blitzed the two inside CB's out of the normal Dime package. Engage the tackles with the DE's by widening the alignment and the G's arent quick enough to get out to the CB's. Then man one of the Safeties and attempt to make the play that way. I've gotten lucky and sacked the QB or alter the throw and if you can fake the other guy into throwing to a man you are close enough to make the play on is the best defense so far.

I finally downloaded the new patch and tuning. Regret doing it cause now my running game sucks. D-Linemen and LB's now shed blocks like it's going out of style and tackle my RB in the backfield. The DE always follows my RB out on screens making them completely useless. Now my Offensive lineman and FB miss blocks or just stand around.

90% of the time if i run any PA pass I'm sacked.

That's because of the heavy amount of blitzing people do on online. Rarely do I go play action anymore without max protect. Which sucks because I have no check down so either get the ball off or try and pick up a couple yards scrambling. I love me some bootleg.

I've thought it actually improved some of these things for me. I had the screen issues before I implemented the patches and it seems to have largely cleared up for me except for some situations in man coverage.

before patch I was playing on AA with all the sliders still set to default and thought the game was pretty challenging.

after the patch, holy crap. I'm back to being awful and getting sacked 7 times a game.
As long as you're using scUM, then it sounds realistic to me.

I've been playing the game with default AA as well, and it seems decent enough for me.

you say that like they don't try already
It was a curse I put out there. It wasn't about them trying to molest them, but actually being successful in their attempts. :shake:

So not only do you post spoilers without warning, but now your taking the fun out of placing curses on other posters.

could be part of the problem. But it's also year two of the dynasty, and I was playing Alabama in the championship. They "rolled" me......
Yeah, Bama's a tough squad. I lucked out year 1 and some how I faced off against WVU. It was a complete blowout, much liking playing one of the MAC teams in season.

In year 2 I accidentally simmed the NC game against Bama and had won, so I just decided to move on to the offseason. In year 3 I finally got a chance to play them. It was a challenging game through 3.5 quarters. Guiton (83 OVR) was my starter and they blitzed me like crazy, and it affected me greatly in the first half. I was able to finally put the game away in the 4th. So yeah, if you haven't had the chance to build your team up, I can definitely see where they would be a really tough game.

Using Air Force's playbook with OSU feels like cheating. Has anyone else tried it out? The power option and counter plays out of the Maryland-I both almost seem unfair. It is hard not to get yards with 3 lead blockers. I play most of the game out of the shotgun, but when I get a lead, the Maryland-I and I form with two TEs to one side make it easy to run.

Has anyone else had a lot of success with counter plays? They are easily my favorite runs plays.
