hows about making the gameplay better EA

instead of just [censored]ing around with visual [censored] every year

Did you not read about the new physics engine? Or the gameplay speed slider?

No one can say EA is not putting forth a good effort this year.

I'll remain skeptical about the gameplay and physics until I see some video, particularly from 3rd party folks playing it. Most of what we've had so far is surface level sizzle and loose references to gameplay improvements.

I asked my local GameStop guy, who has never steered me wrong in the past...

...he said that, unfortunately, EA hasn't announced that their going to sponsor that promotion this year. That doesn't mean individual chains won't make it work, but I doubt it.

I like the video, but I still feel like the receivers overall still run with a stick up their ass. And the Ray Small catch he turns 90 degrees without loss of speed. The d line/qb hits look great. One last nit pick thing, the :26 second mark in the video (Clemson/SC) the CB hits the RB with the wrong shoulder (at least that's what I think).

meh. looks the same to me.
Yup, same animation driven garbage. That was obvious from most of the body interactions.

But why write actual collision code when you can secure a monopoly to protect you from requiring actual improvements?
