i didn't say he was a Heisman Hopeful... this is a kid that hasn't played in two years... sure he struggled... who wouldn't in that situation?

all i said was that if Vick and the WRs can get on the same page, the Hokies have a shot to make a run...

this is Beamer Ball we're talking about here... the onus is not on the offense to win the games... the onus is on each unit pulling it's weight and playing together as a team...

Beamer Ball and Tressel Ball are pretty similar...
1) mistake free, opportunistic offense
2) relentless defense
3) superior special teams

as far as i can tell, that's exactly why the Hokies won today... they didn't shoot themselves in the foot like NC State, and made the plays that they had to in order to get the win...

I'M with you on that. Vick could be just like his brother was. Those wr's and the o-line reminded me of the buckeyes last few seasons without jenkins
The. QB not getting any help from the big boys. If the rb picked up any yards if was a freak play but, that N.C.STATE defense was dominate and without alot of those no disciplined team calls that kept VA. TECH moving. N.c. state would have won .

Those 2 teams with USC, LOUISVILLE, LOWA AND OREGON impressed me as either great teams or just missing a few things to get at that level

Wow, I just read 8 pages on this game, and nobody used the word 'Moobs' - I would've lost some money if that had been a vBet!

i just saw Vick's TD pass again, and MAN! he throws a nice ball...

i doubt he'll ever be as prolific as Mike when it comes to running the ball, but i think Marcus is a better passer RIGHT NOW... he just throws a beautiful ball...
