WolverineMike;2107337; said:anybody been watching The Office? Been a pretty solid season in my IMO. I was a little shocked at the ending last night. The random chick that's been filling in for Pam while she was on maternity leave and they have basically ignored for 3 or 4 episodes all of a sudden thinks Jim and Pam's marriage is on the rocks and she's going to hook up with him in Tallahassee? WTF? Where the hell did that come from?

Oh and Erin leaving? Huh?

It's not great, and it's not nearly as good as it was in the first few seasons, but it's still worth watching, and better than most of the crap out there. At this point I don't want to jump into another sit-com in the middle of its run, and I really hate investing time in most new things because so many of them are just pure derp, so inevitably I watch less and less TV.
I suppose I'll continue watching this thing until it dies. Who knows when that'll be.
PS - Jenna Fisher had a baby within the last year-ish, which they wrote into the script as Jim & Pam's second baby.
LINKBut at the New York City premiere of his new film, Helms seemed unworried by the fact that NBC looks to be moving forward with a spinoff that would take Rainn Wilson's Dwight Schrute character out of Dunder Mifflin.
"Well I think obviously Steve [Carell] left last year and it just opened up all kinds of possibilities and opportunities not just for myself but the whole cast," Helms told The Hollywood Reporter. "I think any time the boat is rocked, it's a good thing and an exciting thing and an opportunity."
The boat looks to be rocked in more ways than one; writer and co-star Mindy Kaling (Kelly Kapoor) has her own pilot at Fox, while James Spader, who joined the show this season as CEO of Dunder Mifflin's parent company Sabre, has confirmed his departure.
