I'm running a 4-3 defense, a Pro I offense and just naming starters(no nickel backs, 3rd down backs, etc) No switching positions and I'm using a blend of college and NFL greatness.
Offense
WR's: Cris Carter and Paul Warfield (2 NFL HOFers)
TE: John Frank
OT: John Hicks and Orlando Pace (wow)
OG: Bill Willis and Jim Parker (NFL HOF x 2)
C: LeCharles Bently (almost as tough as LB to pick one from such a deep pool)
QB: Troy Smith
RB: Archie Griffin (tough to leave 4 other Heisman winners off the list)
FB: Pete Johnson (best mix of blocker and short yardage back)
Defense
DE: Vrabel and Will Smith (tough call over Van DeCree and Brudzinski)
DT: Wilkinson and Jim Stillwagon (easy)
CB: Springs and Winfield (easier)
S: Tatum and Doss (easiest)
LB: SLB Gradishar, MLB Katzenmoyer, WLB Hawk (you have no idea how hard it is for me to leave Spiels off)
P: Skladany
PK: Nugent
Returner: Chic Harley (I can't leave him off and still call it an all-time dream team)
What's yours?
