update/post pad/attention whoring
Hey, folks.
I've really missed the Planet these last few months, so I thought I'd take advantage of the opportunity to pad my post count a bit. Things have been busy.
I'm working in virology and immunology now, which means playing a lot of catch-up for me, since all my training is in a somewhat different field.
The wife and I bought a house--been fixing that up, getting it the way we (ok, SHE) want is.
To top it all off, I'm still trying to finish my degree. I left town months ago, and I'm still writing (damn it!).
Things are good, though... I'm taking today off to sit in front of the TV in my Man Cave (my wife's name for it, mind you) with the computer and a beer. Or two.
