Tell me about it. DMB is boring. The only album of their's that's any good is "Everyday" - the one that most all DMB fans hate. Outside of "Everyday", the best thing they ever accomplished was that time they dumped their crapper on that boatful of people in Chicago. Good times.

Not only is DM popular but he has 'groupies' that follow him from city to city sans the Dead and Phish. Now, I'll admit that I liked his first CD (who didn't, it was kinda cool) but I swear every 'freakin house party I went to my freshman year of school played that damn cd over and over and over.

I'm with you here Misanthrope.

They suck but what sucks worse is the people that say "You don't like Dave?" First off all if you don't know him personally then call him by his fullname, not Dave.

I don't go around saying "you don't like George?" George Strait.

Second, people who are fans of his look at you like you are an alien if you say you don't like him.

Sorry I don't drink the Dave Mathews "Kool-Aid" people.

My wife and I were at Max and Erma's the other night, and there was a little kid (3 or so?) at the table next to us who, for the whole time we were there, was going "Bananas. B-A-N-A-N-A-S". So it works, apparently. Except for a couple times when it came out "B-A-N-A-N-A-N-A-N-A-S" :)

I am with the metal guys on this one.. except I do mix it up quite a bit, I LOVE johnny cash, NAS has some badass songs,tupac, the doors, the beatles, lords of acid just anything with intelligent lyrics that fit into my world view :) .. I'm not a big fan of punk, and dont consider myself one at all, but a lot of my friends are so I've come to appreciate it, before the new shit that is.. omg that stuff is bad... gimme the ramones, bad religion, or flogging molly and ill be content...

I absolutely despise the existance of audioslave... I liked soundgarden, but i would literally kill that singer to get RAGE back together... I can sing every song they ever wrote word for word... Nine inch nails used to be good, i hated the fragile and I dont think im liking what ive heard of the new one either..

I always fall back on tool in the end... Maynard is IMO the best artist of our time... back to topic...

yea, not really anything worse than that shit by stefani, have you seen the damn video? its downright pathetic..
and for exhawg, i dont listen to the radio either, i learn about new bands by going to concerts, and word of mouth mostly..
