More driving pet-peeves...

I don't. There is no way in hell there is any on-ramp where you are supposed to merge with 65MPH traffic that is only 40 feet long. Impossible. 40 feet is less than the length of four cars.

Was in Z'ville over the weekend and saw that the aforementioned entrance ramp is now closed and now there is grass growing in it's place.

The reason, "it was too unsafe."

I guess you guys can all bow down to me now.

you've never been to New Orleans have you?
don't remember the exact street, but the on ramp to get onto I-10 heading west when leaving the Superdome is at max 40 feet.

It is so bad, they have to block off the right lane of the interstate leading up to that spot to give cars time to merge without killing somebody.

Reminds me of an exit ramp down in Austin close to 6th street. It's a real short ramp that goes down a hill where you have absolutely no idea if any cars are waiting at the traffic light at the bottom.
