More Buckeye preseason performances...

I was just reading the recap from the Packers-Chargers game and noticed that Matt Wilhelm recovered a fumble for SD, and B.J. Sander did well punting (averaged 46 yards on seven punts). Nate Kaeding didn't do so well -- missed 3 FGs in the 4th quarter.

don't forget Keading missed that FG last year in the playoff that could have won the game for San Diego... instead the Jets got the FG after his miss and won in OT.

yeah, watching him miss those 3 was just plain painful. then longwell nailing the 50+ yrd to win it... without longwell's fg, kaeding doesn't look so bad. but with it... oooph!

wilhelm was all over the field in the packers game. he had a great outing.

Gambles int was a thing of beauty. He was running stride for stride with his guy on a fade(it look liked) when he jumped it and caught it at its highest point.

Also Carter had a nice reverse where he almost scored. It looked like he got in. I hope and pray that he stays healthy this year.

And Clarrett DNP ( I heard that he broke a fingernail and Tom Friend told him to sit out and it would help him make the team soon to be a new article in espin)

Bam Childress got quite a bit of playing time for the Patriots last night. He had 3 catches for 27 yards (he tied Tim Dwight for most receptions on the team).
