As I’m typing back and forth, UGA has replaced Fromm (pocket QB) with Justin Fields.
UGA’s run game is humming now. The duel threat ability of Fields is opening up running lanes for UGA’s RB’s.
And again, I’m not asking for Tate to replace Haskins, I’m asking that Tate get situational snaps in situations it increases our conversion chances in short yardage.
We have a Heisman candidate who routinely throws for 350+ yards per game, and people are moaning about pulling him at times so we can have a run game. Keep passing the ball! Haskins isn't the problem. Georgia has a great run game and look at them today.
It is a valid play, but why take your best player off the field. I like a run game, but there is no need to force it.The obvious solution is a QB sneak with Haskins... like Joe has done twice against Georgia.
But for whatever reason that's not going to happen.
Barring that and with an underwhelming OLine... the good ol' JT read-option is a valid play... with Martell. Even aliens know Haskins isn't keeping it.
Sure. You can also tell your dog to suck ass. It would be dumb, but you can do it.It’s not my problem, but the guy whose problem it is and his weak leadership and nepotism dragged the reputation of my alma mater through the mud. If I’m going to have to answer to his dipshittery whenever it’s brought up, then I can get pissy on a meaningless message board.

Oh for sure. I’m not saying take Dwayne out automatically in the red zone or even in short yardage. But he’s good enough to get in there at times and I think he could be enough to get more production from the run game. What? It is working when they play to their strengths in the red zone. I think we are misunderstanding each other. Infrequent occasions is perfectly fine. Don't become predictable and take the best player out of the game for no reason other than "we can't run the ball in the red zone". Many options to go too with Haskins anywhere on the field and the receivers at his disposal. That's if they dedicate this offense to a pro style.
LOL I never said you shouldn’t. So if people want to piss and moan into the void, follow your own advice and leave each to their own.Sure. You can also tell your dog to suck ass. It would be dumb, but you can do it.
Meanwhile, I haven’t posted in a couple hours since I began post game celebrations with several folks-so good times here even if you are soured by our victory. And during that time another undefeated team bit the dust. To each his own...by all means feel badly about our W if you must. I won’t.
Right you dog is awesome and so are the Bucks. Praise them both. What I’m saying is that if people want to piss and moan after a W then they are missing the point. I’ll enjoy the ride...if you can’t then I’ll enjoy it for you.LOL I never said you shouldn’t. So if people want to piss and moan into the void, follow your own advice and leave each to their own.
And my dog is fucking awesome...I’d never tell it to suck ass. Go Bucks!

Ok...you do that, champ.Right you dog is awesome and so are the Bucks. Praise them both. What I’m saying is that if people want to piss and moan after a W then they are missing the point. I’ll enjoy the ride...if you can’t then I’ll enjoy it for you.
Nope but the Bucks are regardless. Sip of Blanton’s to you sir.The defense is not awesome
Can say the same. Already said Tate is appropriate at times. Can't rely on that. Need to utilize the strengths already on the field like corner fades and quick slants. Arguing in circles
I just don’t see need to put ball in air when we have the talent to move the ball forward 3 feet and it’s a Meyer comfort zone.
I feel like the answer is obvious....it’s just about incorporating it and getting comfortable with it.
