It was behind him. Would've been a tough grab if it were in the perfect position. Three guys in the immediate area. Would've been a better idea to hit the guy underneath as Spielman said.

If he wouldn't have stared him down, it might have been a better decision.

The offense really made some good strides in that half...missed FG and INT at the half really subverted a well played half....

I would like to see us run more misdirection and get the ball to Ballard on some quick passes...

Second Half Game Thread - Minny at tOSU

This will be the game thread for the second half today.

We all want the Buckeyes to do well, and we mods would prefer analyzing the game to dealing with posting issues. So please:

If things aren't going well, feel free to scream and yell at the TV or your computer. But please think twice before letting your frustrations show in this thread. Buckeye bashing will earn an instant vacation from BP, and whining can also result in an infraction that could lead to a banning.

It's OK to say:
"He needs to look off the safety on that throw."
"The OL didn't get it done on that play."
I wish they'd use the screen pass more."

It NOT OK to say:
"Player x totally screwed that up."
"The offense (or player x) sucks."

Also, no coaching changes are going to occur before the end of the season, if even then. So please refrain from suggesting any staff changes today.

Watching the replay I agree. Pryor threw it behind Sanzo. That's a TD if it's on the money. Oh well, nearly 180 yards passing 1 TD 1 INT... Last week he had what 40 yards passing 1 INT and 2 fumbles lost? Huge improvements!

Pryor still on his way to a 300 yard passing and 100 yard rushing day.

I think we had 3 trips into the red zone in the first half...with no points to show for it. Gotta get better in that regard.

Honestly the game should be 17-7 Ohio State. I give 7 to Minny because of their abominable drops so far.

Liking bringing Pryor back under center. Playcalling's been fine. Pryor looks better. Finally stepping into his throws for the most part.

Saine going down flat out sucks. Really feel for him. He's looked good this year and was staying healthy.

I just watched the INT a few times. The throw was right to Dane. Grad was right, the DB was setting back there reading TP's eyes and broke on it before Dane ever saw it. Not much Dane could do. Throw needed to be a little more toward the sideline where only his guy could get it.
