Guys you should know that Coach D seems to get his teams to play their asses off when things look bleakest.
While I agree it does not look good. If he has the right type of players (which I think he does this year) he can get them good and worked up and play above their pay grade.
If this was a home game I would feel confident. But if the Wisky fan base is as worked up as they were for the SCum asswhooping they handed out then yes MSU is in for a heap of trouble. But I just don't see that happening. I fully expect Wisky to be looking ahead to the tOSU game and not being 100% focused on MSU which would be a mistake.
I am concerned that the MSU D-line will wear down again. And if the Offense does not do a better job of moving the ball and eating up some time then the D will get worn down. But there is a pretty good chance MSU will not see Wisky at their best. And this is a HUGE game for MSU to salvage the season. Win at Wisky and then take a week off to get ready for the Pedsters and MSU could then win out and put up a decent record. Lose this week and a 4-5 loss season becomes real as the boys will lose some spirit and hope.
This is basically for the season. 3 losses with Pedsters and Scum still on the schedule could cause mental collapse. So they need to circle the wagons and give this game all they have left.

This. I don't know how many times you guys have to watch Sparty or Iowa or whoever punch outside their weight class, and then go on to look like shit the rest of the season. You won't see the Sparty from the first Q again.
