Michigan Chatter - 2004

Assuming you are not being a smart ass, Hoppy made one great run but it was a great team effort (as today's victory was).
Cassady's great play was when he intercepted a pass against Wisconsin and went 88 yds for a TD. I was there also.
50 years from now what will you remember about todays game.

I was a Jr in high school and saw 4 home games that championship year.

And I lived in Ashtabula and thanks to the New York Central RR I lived through Ohio State's second best year.

Mr Such & Such's Post Game Awards

Please allow me to introduce myself, I'm a man of wealth and taste. I am Mr Such & Such. What do you think of my vBoys now? With their great victory today they've bankrolled me to $2400 vCash and I'm feeling generous. So, will the following vBoys come forward to receive their hard earned rewards?

$100 handshakes for the following Seniors: Kyle Andrews, Dustin Fox, Simon Fraser, Mo Hall, Brandon Joe, Mike Kne, NUUUUUUGE!!, Lydell Ross (Lydell receives payment in Platinum Club bills), Thomas Matthews, and Kyle Turano. Haven't they been a great bunch to have around (even if most of them are too straight-laced for my tastes)?

Others on the defense earning their Ben Franklins: Linebackers AJ Hawk, Bobby Carpenter, and Anthony Schlegel, without a doubt, the best linebacking corps in the nation. Can't forget defensive backs Nate Salley and Donte Whitner and defensive lineman Marcus Green and Mike Kudla. Not defense, but while I'm at it, here's a Franklin for gunner Sirjo Welch.

Here's a little something for some of the guys on the offensive side of the ball. Receivers Santonio Holmes, Anthony (Gonzo) Gonzales, and Ryan Hamby. Lineman Nick Mangold and Robbie Sims. And backs Dionte Johnson and Antonio Pittman. Great game fellas! Where have you been so long?

That's all the vCash I've got to hand out. But Mr Such & Such has a very special reward for my offensive and defensive players of the game, Troy Smith and Ashton Youbouty. Why don't you vBoys come around and see me more often? For your play today, here is a set of vKeys to the vCar of your choice from any of 24 vDealers in the central-Ohio area.

And finally, what to do about young Ted (Run Teddy Run) Ginn? I'd give you a vCar, but I don't want to slow you down. So, you can have your choice of my 18 year old twin vDaughters. Oh, hell, take them both if you want (but I claim naming rights on the first born).

Congratulations also to the fans and, yes, even to the coaches, you couldn't have done it without me.

Mr Such & Such

ps., as always, don't let Andy Geiger or Coach Tressel know I was around.

Charlotte,

I'm no kid, but I love hearing about the ol' time Buckeyes.

If the young'uns don't want to hear about the good ol' days, just ignore 'em.

For the sake of your vDaughters, I hope Teddy doesn't screw as fast as he runs!
