What else, the shit teams? Hell no - NFL takes $$ to build a winning franchise, and most shit teams with coaches on the hot seat, aren't very open-walleted. CFB takes recruiting. Getting someone like Gruden as the HC will lend instant credibility, in the short term, to keep current soft commits, and maybe entice others to come.

After that, he needs to get something done.

Knowing how he is, I know he wouldn't put up with Jacory's INT's for very long at all :)
