Just my opinion, but Miami football will not return to their previous glory until they spend money on their facilities. And a big name coach, like Gruden will not be interested in the job until they do.

What else, the shit teams? Hell no - NFL takes $$ to build a winning franchise, and most shit teams with coaches on the hot seat, aren't very open-walleted. CFB takes recruiting. Getting someone like Gruden as the HC will lend instant credibility, in the short term, to keep current soft commits, and maybe entice others to come.
After that, he needs to get something done.
Knowing how he is, I know he wouldn't put up with Jacory's INT's for very long at all :)
