Game Thread Miami (FL) at tOSU, Sat Sep 11, 3:40 ET, ESPN

I noticed that Miami seemed to get away with a number of holds, false starts (which I'd think would be more obvious) and horse collar tackles on some of the Buckeyes' big returns and receptions. I thought Berry was horse collared on his return and Boom on his last big run.

I can't recall many bad calls against you guys unless you saw some missed calls.

I thought your OL played well tho even though they tackled our players occasionally.

There were a ton of holds not called on OSU, but then again, I think it was our first first down? Sorry - he was short. And that horsecollar at the end.
I think there were 2 missed horsecollars against us, and 2 missed against OSU.

I was like, oh crap, not another officiating fiasco.

It's pretty damn exciting to know that we can not fire on all cylinders and put up 36 against a tough D and shut down an offense for the most part. The lack of aggressiveness on defense in the second half was a bit confusing, but when we were aggressive, we were ON.

If we can iron out the offense and improve our kick coverage, this will be a special team.

I was screaming for more blitzes on the lame QB. But we seemed determined to keep everything in front of us and not give up the big play. Notice on the one offensive TD we had the receiver covered on the front and back sides. Just a great throw.

But I still contend we were one more Nasty hit away from benching Jacory.

He was hobbled, and we went way easy on him. But results, baby!!!

:oh:

Honestly just think he's saying it to [censored] me off. No worries. I know not all Canes have no class. Majority maybe, but great game on both sides no matter what.

Naa...ain't the majority...

It's actually the majority which are non-SoFla, non-Miami, non-FLA natives which are @ssclowns.

I was RIPPING Van Dyke on my fb page for trash-talking Posey on a couple consecutive plays.

No place for that in CFB, and DEFINITELY not on MY team...

One thing I never saw was an Ohio State player tackling a Miami player. I can't say the same thing for Miami, and it happened a bit more than once.

Pretty awful appearance by the refs none the less. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, but this crew will be responsible for quite a few injuries in the future. That scares the crap out of me.
