I hear what you're saying, but with Gill in the fold, I don't see Pivot/WR being a priority. With Babb and Smith most likely to be in this class as well, the focus should be on fortifying the lines. We can get another ATH in 2019. And we still would have 1-2yrs(depending on how he does) of eligibility left with McCall, and depending on how much PT he gets, EGW is in the mix too.I wouldn't be completely rule him out at the moment, the kid is a versitile athlete. We haven't seen any film since his sophmore year where he looks phenomenal. With academic and character questions aside if this kid continues to grow and mature, his skill set could allow him to play RB/Pivot/WR. With no receivers aside from Gill in the pivot, an improved skill set could move him into the category of bring him in as a Ath/WR and figure it out later like a Brendon White or Rashod Berry.

NCs are won in the trenches brother. One of the main reasons that Bama is in the NC hunt every year and the reason Clemson won the NC last year and dominated OSU. Also the reason that UF dominated OSU in 2006. IMO, let Washington walk, pursue the WRs that we're favored and close with guys in the trenches. That's what's been winning NCs for years now. From FSU, To Bama, Clemson, OSU, the common denominator was their O and D lines(dominate defenses in general for that matter), not guys on the perimeterI agree with you but a top talent would change things especially if he has field stretching abilities. Blue smith is the spitting image of all 3 receivers we took last year. Just saying you can't rule anything 2 years removed from great soph film and he's at an age where kids are still growing. His competition looked pretty weak but Texas competition should be a lot more telling. But you can't rule him out before he's touched the field again. Or he could have regressed but we'll have to wait and see.
Swing and a miss on this one. Gotta love recruiting. If we can fit him in, then bring him in. Get all the weapons we can. My previous post was from a thought of having Gill and Smith and Washington no longer seeming like a priority. Oh well, get him in S&G and figure it out laterNCs are won in the trenches brother.
