Where has this been stated, other than here ?

I disagree, I have a feeling he's giving serious thought to all 4 schools...

If he really is strongly considering Maryland, he wants to stay close to home or be the guy

Well, I know he wants to do it on Friday b/c it's his mother's birthday, and his HS coach wants to be there as well, but will be in Louisville for a coaching clinic on Friday; I assume it's late to wait on his coach to return (just a guess).
