Unless the merry band of aliens from her movie is directly involved in battles and dialogue tomorrow, I can't think of anything else in Captain Marvel that has direct implications for Endgame.

Adding to this, the only thing you'd get from it is a bit more backstory as to her relationship with Nick Fury and a better sense of what her powers are.
