Mark Sanchez (Philadelphia Eagles)

This rdsbuck fellow must have VERY reliable information to be saying what he's posting on BN, especially now that he seems to have the mods' permission to divulge the news publicly, and FREE OF CHARGE.

He knows.

However, he better be the prophet, or he'll have to book an extended vacation on the island of Bora Bora until the recruiting season is over.

Coach Johnson is Mark's coach at Mission. Big USC guy and friends with Pete Carroll.

rds believes that Coach Johnson might have put the USC push on Mark and swayed him. That's a tough one to beat. Meat Loaf said it best. Two out of three ain't bad. And I'll take a stud O lineman over a qb any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Boone
Cordle
Hopefully Bemoll

is a great O line class. 3 years of Justin Zwick and Troy Smith and Schlichter next year and Boekman in the wings isn't bad either.

It would be nice to put the screws to ole Pete once in awhile, though. Just have to do it on the field.

Hello gentlemen...I wish I felt better about the possibilities but I just think by the lock down that is coming from the Sanchezes on the heels of their meeting with Coach Joohnson last night that he is not coming.
Hey rds...whichever way this turns out...thanks for all the info and all the time conversing with us.

As I have mentioned before, Mark Sanchez IS the real deal. Good intuitive player, excellent HS coach, good family and most importantly, an intelligent and humble guy. I would be delighted if USC gets him.

But we also have two impact QBs waiting in the wings (Booty and Hinds) for Leinart to fulfill his eligibility, IF he opts for the NFL after his junior year. If he stays there is more waiting for aspiring USC QB starters. I'm sure all these alternatives are being considered by the Sanchez family at the moment, in addition to sending their son to a school with an excellent academic reputation, a point to which Mark has alluded himself.

USC and tOSU will have great programs in the future regardless of how this situation plays itself out.

rds seemed a lot more positive last night than today (about MS), but he could have been told to tone down his enthusiasm a bit by the BN people. Who knows?

PS: you guys type too fast!
