I am not a recruiting "guru" by any means, nor an insider, but I question the logic behind the assertion that Pete followed Williams around, when we already have Germany, Schweiger, Miles, Stuart and Miller as DE types from the 2004 recruiting crop. Other than Spicer, who is a 5 star DE prospect, I don't see USC expanding limited and precious scholarships at that position, unless we find a stud JUCO guy somewhere on the coast.

rdsbuck is an excellent poster, who explains himself eloquently and clearly. I respect his opinion and input on BN regarding the "MV3" saga, as he appears to have an "inside" knowledge of the situation.

However, I think that it is safe to say that until we get a confirmation either way on these issues/rumors, for the moment they remain speculations and conjectures.

looks like we picked up a couple BN posters who got pissed off about the way they are handling the MV3 thread over there.

im am seriously about 1 or 2 locked posts from going off on them. they think that bucknuts is a newspaper delivered to the front door of every recruit and player in the nation....and anything said bad about them means BN is in trouble. just a little high on themselves over there.

you will still see me over there on BN because I've been posting there for quite a while, but imo it has definitely gone downhill since they made the choice to join insiders and go premium. it went from being a board where you could discuss topics (even if they were not substantiated by 10 different sources) to somewhere when anything negative said about a recruit/coach is censored and nothing except obvioius facts are allowed by the moderators to be posted. someone needs to lure rdsbucks over here so he can continue the info supply.

The rumor is RDS has been banned.....Hmmm
He has provided the most accurate info on the MV3.......I do think way back when he said how he was aquainted with MV3.......they are pissed they he's beating them to to the punch and they can't profit from OLD info - I have seen a few posts that were being discussed AS a premium article was published. ..If I would have paid for they're BBall info........I would be mad about paying for bad intel.....

I'm all for premium info (even though I don't have premium) It's hard work(& $) chasing these kids down and getting an interview............
I am less and less impressed with BN
they let the lies and the flames fly on the hoops board......now they are interested in confirming THE SOURCE of info............looks like the downfall of they're free boards .....if not the whole board........They bellied up once already

rumor about RDS was a just a RUMOR ...................another falsehood on an internet chat board........who woulda thunkit
