Very true. Just remember that most of these kids haven't really put too much thought into the recruiting process yet (unlike us fans, who think about it 24-7-365). The kids who commit early are usually the ones who have always wanted to go to their local school or childhood favorite program (like the five current OSU commitments). The rest usually name the local schools and a few big-time programs as their favorites, then wait for camps, games, official visits to expand or pare down their lists and focus on their true favorites. That's why "top 5" lists in June are not very relevant. In the next few months, we'll probably see several new names with Ohio State on their list, and by October or November we'll have a good idea about who's serious about the Bucks, and vice versa.Wow, we sure made up a lot of distance fast with this kid, you gotta believe that having a teammate and friend already in the fold is helping us a lot with him.
Maybe so.Buckskin86 said:Buckeye737- does this mean Williams is working some magic with Sanchez?? no scUM :)
MililaniBuckeye said:If Zwick lives up to his high school hype, then he'll be the starter for at least two years (which would include Sanchez's frosh year) and probably three (through Sanchez's sophomore year). And that's is Smith doesn't win the job. I'd love to see Sanchez commit to us, but if he's looking to start right away, he'd really better be Shi'ite-hot...there are two Elite-11 QBs with two years of study under their belt.
