At least the big 10 didn't get fellated like the PAC 12, who really put up a bad showing. But at least Monmouth gets to play nit games since the committee felt the need to reward such deserving participants like Colorado USC and Oregon state.

Well said. And Oregon's about the biggest joke of a #1 seed I've seen in my 30+ years of following college basketball (and, please, don't anyone cite their drubbing of a well-under-.500 Holy Cross as evidence to the contrary).

Destroying Utah by 30 may have had something to do with that.. Utah and Oregon are the only two teams that didn't fail miserably for the Pac12.

Sparty as a 2 seed looks a lot more comical at the moment.

UNI had a 16 point lead in the first half but Texas have come all the way back to lead by four. Sparty couldn't do it. :hoke:
