Bingo. That's why I thought it was laughable that everyone thought Carmelo turned the corner regarding his attitude this year, starting with his performance in the World Championships this summer. There are few things less honorable than his behavior on the court last night, which consisted of (1) sucker-punching an opponent after the situation seemed to be coming under control and (2) running away from any retaliation like the coward he is. Pathetic.

Are you obsessed with T.O.? You mention him in every sports-related post you make.

Owens and Johnson shouldn't be grouped with athletes like Anthony. "Assholes" or not, neither of them have been suspended for punching somebody in the face, like Tibor said, or have had drug problems, or have been arrested, or have cameos in homemade videos telling people to stop snitching. There are no similarities.

I don't see how CJ can come up in this conversation. He is the exact opposite of the guys we are talking about. CJ and 'Melo have nothing in common.

As to why NBA players are labeled thugs, I say if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck... it must be a duck.

Actually I am....I am sick and tired of hearing how good or great his is...I haven't seen anything in his career that I would say makes him so great......and I'm not sure what you are talking about in the last part of your post?? I'm not sure who u are saying had drug problems, being arrested and a video cameo?

If you're sick and tired of hearing about him, then why do you keep talking about him? I'm sick and tired of hearing about alot of athletes, like every one of them in the SEC, but I don't go out of my way to constantly tell people that I don't like them.
and I'm not sure what you are talking about in the last part of your post?? I'm not sure who u are saying had drug problems, being arrested and a video cameo?

well I guess I should have been a little bit clearer...I got a little off topic there....I wasn't saying TO is a "thug" I was just saying he is an ass...And I never knew that Anthony or anyone of those athletes ever got in trouble with the law....

no I'm not jealous of Chad Johnson if that is what you are saying....I love my life and wouldn't trade it for the world...I think that my animosity towards Chad came last year when he had that sheet of paper in his locker and talked down on everyone on that list....Yea, your right..I have heard somethings out of his mouth that are funny but I have also heard the contrary...
