Bowden's freshman highlight tape would stack up against any tape anywhere. He beats people with speed, shiftiness, patience, and punishment. I wonder what his current measurables are, and what that Soph. tape looks like?

Keep in mind Liberty is D5. Not taking anything away from the kid, but these aren't exactly powerhouse football schools on the tape.
I didn't know that was Liberty's classification. Still, the same was said about EZE. Bowden could end up being at 215-220 lb by the time he hits college. I am sure the staff is aware of him and will do their due diligence. I do hope I hear that he is at OSU for a couple of camps this summer, including FNL.

Maybe he has to prove himself at camps in the summer. But that's a good point about D5 competition, it doesn't exactly stack up. But he has some good moves and picks up speed easily after his cuts. He'd be an interesting prospect for Pivot, but the bar has been set high by Marshall and Wilson.

Like the film. He's young, if he puts time in he'll be BFS and more impressive as time goes on. I see a kid with great vision and instinct in regards to setting up blocks and making cuts... I don't see elite speed...yet, I see good speed. But as I said before, he's a baby. That's a great season for a frosh, regardless of division and he has a world of potential. Get to work young gun!

-Last week against Massillon, Bowden was 9-12 for 92 yards & 1 TD (31), had 14 carries for 224 yards & 3 TDs (63, 63, 20), & an 89 yard kickoff return for a TD.

With Keemari Murry in the same backfield along with a load of talent on the outside, Bowden is actually more dangerous now than he was at Liberty because opposing teams can't key on him.

Here are Bowden's stats through WGH's 1st three games...

Passing: 19-27 for 209 yards, 2 TDs (22, 31) & 1 INT
Rushing: 44 carries for 579 yards (14.6 ypc.) & 6 TDs (16, 25, 1, 63, 63, 20)
Special Teams: 1 KO Return TD (89)

-Right now, Bowden holds offers from Cincinnati, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Toledo, & WVU.

2015 Statistics
Passing: 21-30 for 230 yards & 3 TDs (22, 31, 17) & 1 INT
Rushing: 62 carries for 786 yards & 9 TDs (16, 25, 1, 63, 63, 20, 6, 2, 34)
Special Teams: 1 KO Return TD (89)

*Became the 1st player in WGH history to eclipse 200+ rushing yards in 3 consecutive games.
