i can (almost) promise this is bullshit.

here’s the main clues:
McMurphy (seriously, his sources are the worst in the business)
Liucci (he’s been wrong at literally every single turn of our search, that he for some reason was obsessed with)
Jimbo ain’t turning down a $5 mil a year raise to stay in Aggyland.


Did Woodward approach Jimbo? probably.
Did it go much past the very beginning stages of feeling out interest? Doubtful.

As much as I love throwing cheap shots at L6U, I do think there's been a lot of hate from national reporters like McMurphy and whatnot for Kelly bailing on a golden boy program like the Domers to go to an SEC school. So it wouldn't surprise me to see him try to smear them.
