LSU 41, Alabama 34 (final)

Pisses me off.

Who here thinks Alabama is a better team than Wisky? Wisky would embarrass those guys.

All these 'risky' and 'gutsy' calls and 'inspired' performances are just idiocy and a cases of fumbilitis.

I hate to sound like a downer but I think if we play LSU in the NC game that it'll be very hard for us to win.

LSU has been playing all these close games, and more importantly they're been getting lucky as hell the past couple weeks. I don't like OSU's odd's in Baton Rouge in the super dome at all.

They have a hard to tackle running back, a Qb who would just give us fits, and also talented recievers. Their defense has Glenn Dorsey to try and stop our running game, and they have physical safties to bring down as well. This is the only team I think would be a night mare opponent.

I'd root like hell and I'd still hold out hope for the bucks, but man the more I watch the LSU team play the more to me it seems like they're tailor made to play a team like us.

We would have motivation on our side though and that's something that can't be taken lightly. Not to mention there coach is a fucking moron

And we don't have any of those things? Come on man. Be a Buckeye fan and quit trying to prove things against us. We have a better defense and a better offense. Open your eyes and quit listening to ESPN.

I would expect, BuckIpower, that whoever OSU plays in the NC game (assuming OSU gets there) would present a challenge.

I, frankly, don't care who OSU plays in the Sugar Bowl - again, assuming they even get there. And, if it's LSU, fine by me. What better than another chance to silence the SEC folks?

Ok, if it's between Oregon and LSU, I'll take LSU. LSU is a traditional hit and smash football team. Les Miles isn't Urban Meyer, he's going to bring the team on film to the game, he's not going to turn three wide receivers into a running back/tight end/receiver situation that all changes all the line of scrimage.

That being said, I like our chances against LSU, we may not have that SEC speed, but Beanie is an awesome running back, Robo and Hartline are awesome receivers and Todd can throw the deep ball.

My Point, there's no "extra element" there like there is with Oregon, it's a straight up football game. Don't discount our defense and sure as hell don't discount our offense.

We won't be like last year, players won't be jumping on each other, we won't be over confident, these guys practically have 41-14 tattooed on their foreheads.

I like our chances against LSU.

Great post. Buckeye fans need to quit getting down on our team. After what I saw today, it's ridiculous. So many people counting us out when we were only down 7 to Wiscy and now people saying how LSU would take it to us. Give me a break. Show some heart and have faith in our team.

Part of me does, but part of me sees Dixon and realizes he's probably the best player in college football this year. I am not saying we'll lose, but Little Animal will spend the entire game spying Dixon and that takes a lot from our defense.

Do I like our chances? Yes, would I prefer a different opponent? Yes.

All of this is for nothing right now though, I hate talking about a potential NC with two more games to go, let's have this conversation same time in two weeks.

The actual headline on ESPN right now is "Buckeyes bury Badgers" but, c'mon guys, who cares?

Win these next two games and the NC is ours to win. The Buckeyes, not the press, hold their destiny in their hands.
