Craig James (ABC) even said something to the extent that there is no question why OSU is number 1, they're a complete football team...

Wow, didn't know there was this much hate for LSU on here :/

We don't even have any recent history between our two schools... and I'm a lot more worried about getting past Arkansas than any game after New Year's.

This was a fun game, hope you guys enjoyed it. I am going to have a heart attack one of these games if these down to the wire games continue for us

I like Andre Woodson about as much as Dixon though I am a bit biased against dual threat QBs.

As an opponent I fear Oregon's offense more than LSU and a lot more than most of the others, but their defense is soft, and if Cal can slow them down Im confident Tressel and our D can find a way.

First off, LSU has so much hype that people are going to hate them, sorry, that's reality.

Second Les Miles is arrogant, he basically does the same shit as Charlie Weis but has more talent and he's scUM alumni.

Third, I hate the SEC :p

Personally, I think it has more to do with the media than LSU itself. I actually like LSU - certainly against teams like Florida and Tenny and so on.... Miles makes it very hard for me, cause that guy is a fuckin joke...

Anyway, having been through 2002, I know what you mean re: heart attack. Nice win.

One more thought, tell me that on your boards everyone isn't hoping the Buckeyes lose? It's just college football, you root against the highly ranked teams. Trust me, if Bama was ranked three we would be rooting for LSU :)

LSU has been playing all these close games, and more importantly they're been getting lucky as hell the past couple weeks. I don't like OSU's odd's in Baton Rouge in the super dome at all.

They have a hard to tackle running back, a Qb who would just give us fits, and also talented recievers. Their defense has Glenn Dorsey to try and stop our running game, and they have physical safties to bring down as well. This is the only team I think would be a night mare opponent.

I'd root like hell and I'd still hold out hope for the bucks, but man the more I watch the LSU team play the more to me it seems like they're tailor made to play a team like us.

We would have motivation on our side though and that's something that can't be taken lightly. Not to mention there coach is a fucking moron

I'd much rather play LSU than any of the other prime contenders for the national title game (Oregon, Oklahoma, and West Virginia, with BC and Kansas being mere pretenders at this point). The Tigers defense isn't very good right now, and I'm certainly not sold on Flynn. I'll be mildly surprised if LSU even makes it to the title game, as I think that they have one more loss in them.

I honestly cannot think of Kansas as a "pretender" after the demoralizing beating they issued Nebraska today.

BC and Kansas should swap places in the polls
