Bob Waterfield, Elroy Hirsch, Paul Tank Younger... All left Cleveland for LA when the Rams made their first move. That made room for Paul Brown to create one of the great teams in NFL history after a short run as the All American Conference champs.

They set the standard for a defensive line in the NFL. Roosevelt "Rosey" Grier is the only one still living.

Just hired Sean McVay as their head coach, former OC for the Redskins

McVay is 30 years old......the Rams have only one player older though, surprisingly

Wade Phillips sounds likely as the DC

I think McVay is a pretty good guy, great coach, and should be a great fit for Goff....Phillips as DC certainly helps. All I know is they will be worlds more enjoyable to watch now.
