Transferred from Florida to USC. Went in the portal again and Florida offered him lol.

Imo, it seems like OSU is focusing hard on closing their best on ESD on Wednesday. I’m sure they’re looking for a few flips and to hold on to what they have. I also think they’re waiting to see who’s taking their names out of the NFL draft consideration and returning. At this point I think a lot of guys can be on Draft watch, even if we don’t consider them getting drafted high. I’m sure they also want to evaluate the young talent from the ‘22 and ‘23 classes.
Right now if the only OL loss is Matthew Jones, then I can see a realistic starting OL of:
Simmons
Jackson
Hinzman
Fryar/Tshabola
Montgomery

That could be a good to great OL. But does Frye bring in an OT just for depth, or does he rely on getting reps to frosh Armstrong and Moore? I’d like to see him bring in at least 2 more OT with experience for late season pushes. But what’s also being forgotten, is that the Portal has only been open a few weeks, there will be more and more names entering daily. Guys from CFP teams will start to enter too when their seasons end. Take your time and identify who can help you the best, don’t just throw money at a guy because he was a 4star top 200 prospect 3yrs ago, and only has 4starts since.
