Another thing, he's almost 58 years old...no spring chicken. If they're lucky, they get 7-8 years out of him. He's more of a placeholder than a long trerm answer. Maybe that's the plan all along though...get somebody "safe" and swing for the fences on the next hire. That's a risky plan, though.
