So when the Heat fail to win yet another NBA Championship, can we add to the thread title, "A day late, and two championships short"?

the heat better pray that boston doesn't move up to the #3 seed and that philly keeps the #7. otherwise, they are going to have a real tough time even getting out of the east again this year.

They aren't getting past the Bulls this year. They finally have a bench that can match up with the Heat's #2's.

I think Rose missing a lot of time this year has been a blessing in disguise. His replacements have played really well while he's been out.

Hopefully the Thunder or the Bulls are the finals match up.

I'd love to see OKC-Chicago in the Finals... Good for the sport, IMO.

Wouldn't mind seeing Denver represent the West either... Just as a nice slap in the face to Melo and the fact that he's more of a cancer than a plus to any team.

What?! The Bulls bench was WAY better than the Heat bench last year too. Wade and James just went into beast mode against the Bulls last year.

the bulls bench has a lot more offensive firepower this year. if chicago gets any sort of real contribution from rose and hamilton, miami won't beat them.
