Lebron James (Los Angeles Lakers)

How? They didn't know they were building around a guy who looks at himself as a role player.
That's just how unselfish he is. He don't care to be a role player if it means winning championships. Don't act like y'all didn't see it, he had NO help the last 3 years in the playoffs. NONE!!! Why would a guy that wants to win championships so bad stay with an organization that wont give him help? 38 yr old Shaq? Soft as butter Jameson? Houdini Mo? I don't think so...

I would just like to take this opportunity to say that I was right for the past 3 years.

Lebron: seriously, don't come back. Be like Boozer and fake an injury for the Cleveland game next year. It's just not worth the risk for you.

Helping himself in Game 5 would've been a start. Allowing the FO to make moves that looked more than 3 months into the future would've been another nice touch on this part. LeBron hamstrung the managment and ownership of the Cavs for the last three years, right down to his stupid little dog & pony show tonight.

I can't wait until Lebron wins it all in Miami. The image of him holding the trophy will be just as great as Modell holding the Lombardi trophy.

:slappy: When you've waited 40 years, what's 20 more? :slappy:

Hi-fucking-larious. Nice math, by the way.

All players he wanted the organization to go after.

I don't like it, but you know he's en entrepreneur, he can pick the amount of money he wants to make and where he wants to make it and the rest of us can only wish we had such talent. In the meantime he gave northern Ohio quite a ride. Be happy with that.

Cavaliers: Cavaliers GM Chris Grant Statement

We believe in this team, this organization, this community, and what we will do to compete at the highest level. We believe in the new coach and leader we have in Byron Scott, and the world class basketball organization and positive and strong culture we've established. Dan Gilbert and our ownership group are firmly committed to reaching our goals and succeeding on the court and in the community, at the highest level.

Our fans stepped up and showed their support, to a degree unlike anywhere else. We are fortunate to have the support of the best fans in the NBA. That passion and dedication will be rewarded. We will work relentlessly to continue to build a team that will contend. A team that will win championships. We are all competitors and our one goal is to win, that and Dan Gilbert and our ownership team?s commitment and investment in this organization and community are constants that will not change.

Yet another reason he'll never be the best. Too much drama and bull[censored] off the court. He wants to be an entrepreneur/attention whore first, then a basketball player. We're grateful for what he did but he was a real dick about this.
