Hines -- well you know well enough how quick he was.
McVey is fast enough & appears to have ridiculous instincts. He's a definite offer, IMO.

I don't know about the best LB in Ohio since Katz...maybe in terms of production but not potential imo. I still have Turner and Hicks over McVey but not by much at all. I think those 2 have better athleticsm and upside, but Scott is the better player as of now. Either way, I would love to not have to leave the state for LB's this year, as Ohio is truly stacked.
