Lenix leaves
From UC:
Freshman linebacker Freddie Lenix has left the University of Cincinnati football team for personal reasons.
Lenix saw action in one game this season. He had yet to record a tackle.
Lenix was named the Greater Cleveland area Athlete of the Year in 2005 by the Plain Dealer as a senior at Glenville High School. He led coach Ted Ginn?s grid team to a 12-2 record and a regional championship. Lenix also helped the track and field team to state championships in 2004 and 2005.
The former Ohio State signee never seemed to find his place at UC. He'd played a couple of different positions and was pretty much a non-factor at UC.

I was doing some reading on former Ohio State players over the past few years and I came across the name of Freddie Lenix.
I know he played for Cincy but he if he was on their 2006 roster as a frosh, he would be a senior for this upcoming season assuming he played all four years there. However, I can't find him on their roster at all. Does anybody know what happened to him?
Thanks for the update. Just today, as a matter of fact, I was preparing an article on the Class of 2005 Revisited, and listed Lenix as "whereabouts unknown". Now I know where he is....TheStoicPaisano;1522012; said:Resurfaced at Notre Dame, the one in South Euclid.
