do unto others as they do unto you is how i feel about it...we are getting kids who are commited to other schools so im sure Meyer knows it works both ways in recruiting
Different staffs have policies of allowing committed recruits to visit elsewhere, I'm just wondering what Meyer's is.

aren't they restricted to only taking 15 guys this year? if so, they have 12 right now. it seems to be a stretch to think that they can squeeze in someone like bogard.

3 of those 12 are listed as "soft" by Scout. On the other hand, of those uncommitted players listed as the top 100 by Scout sixteen have USC as a school of interest.

I believe Kiffin has sent out feelers to at least 3 current OSU commits since Meyer came on board. Could this be a carryover from what happened when he was at Tennessee?

FWIW, Bogard in now listed as a soft verbal on Scout. SIAP.

Anyone who takes visits is listed as soft. Dunn was for months. He told Bank he is 100% committed but like 22 said there may be more to this story. Stay tuned.

1) Yes, Kiffin has an axe to grind with Meyer. He didn't start targeting Bogard, Dunn, Dodson etc. until Meyer was hired. You can expect to see in the future that if Meyer shows interest in a kid Kiffin will also. Its personal.

2) Not all of USC's current commits will end up there. What Kiffin is doing with the scholly limit is taking commitments from kids then continuing to recruit that position. If he reels in a higher rated recruit at that position then the first kid gets cut loose. I know of 2 WR commits that as of last summer Kiffin had no intention of signing. They were only backup plans if the guys he really wanted didn't eventually commit. The final 15 won't be set until signing day.

A cunning coach could have a lot of fun with that grudge while also helping out Ohio talent

(not talking about Devan here)
