Your thinking of Lendak, the 6 star recruit. He was so good he skipped college and the pros and went straight to the hall of fame. Zook offered him when he was still a 5 1/2 star recruit...but Zook has an eye for talent.

Lendak was always overrated. I knew from the moment they put him in the NFL hall of fame before playing a down of meaningful football, that he was overrated. Roger Goodell really messed that one up... If he'd have committed to us though, he'd have been dowgraded to 4*...'cause that's how it works.

Williams, meanwhile could push our overall recruiting ranking up to #2 possibly. Meyer and staff are kicking it.
