Florida linebacker picks Buckeyes
Wednesday, December 13, 2006

Ohio State won a minor skirmish with Florida last night for the services of linebacker prospect Brian Rolle. The Buckeyes did it in the Gators? backyard.
OSU coach Jim Tressel visited Rolle in his hometown of Immokalee, Fla., and walked away with the 11 th commitment to the 2007 class, according to Bill Kurelic of OhioState.rivals.com. Rolle, 5 feet 10, 202 pounds, had been targeted by OSU because of his 4.45-second speed in the 40-yard dash and a playmaking ability that saw him make 125 tackles this season.
