Just average. There was some good location shots (scenery) in England/Italy. After the initial car chase it moved kind of slow for a while. It wasn't initially obvious who all were the good guys and who all were the villains, etc. However, the ending set it up for another move, if this one makes a profit there will be a sequel.

It was really a pretty funny movie. It is a fairly "high budget" comedy/action movie that spoofs James Bond. A lot of the humor and language is politically incorrect and/or related to various anatomical body parts (i.e. which is very funny), there are some good chases and fight scenes, and the hero spy is a fat ass clumsy woman. Just like in James Bond movies there is a good intro action sequence, decent theme song during the credit display, and the "Q" guy even issues her spy gadgets. The woman went to and graduated from spy school, but for whatever reason ended up being stuck in the basement of the CIA building on a desk job. She relays satellite information to the top agent in the field while he is on assignment. He (supposedly) gets killed and she wants to go undercover to take his place and save the world from the bad guys/girls who are selling a nuke.

It was digital 3D nothing came off the screen; regardless, the special effects are pretty good. Basically earthquakes destroy California and some of Nevada. The Rock saves his ex-wife and their daughter (and 2 of her friends); almost everyone else in California dies.

The Hoover Dam, LA, and San Francisco are totally destroyed. A T & T Park is totally wiped out, I'm wondering where are Giants will be playing tonight.

It was a pretty good movie, even though we all know the story line and how it ended. It was on one of the STARZ channels.

Just got the STARZ channels today. We got a letter from Time Warner that they were raising our rate (package of cable, internet, & phone) from $112.29 per month to $123.79 per month. A 10.24% increase, did any of your salaries or inflation go up that much this past year? The wife made the annual call to Time Warner to complain about the increase, this year they said they have this (better) package (i.e. the exact same stuff we are getting plus faster internet and the STARZ channels) for $119.25 per month. We took it.

Just like all the other cable/dish operators, Time Warner sucks too!!!
