Agreed, and the scene with the camera flying above the town with the slaughtering is awesome.

Watched the entire uncut "Dawn of the Dead" (1978) last night (139 mins on the Ultimate Edition). The effects were bad by today's standards, and the dialogue is cheesy 70s (though doubtlessly cutting edge at the time) but goddamned that movie is good. A classic of epic awesomeness.
