Have you seen Food INC.?

Not yet. I'm not a fan of Schlosser's investigative work. Fast Food Nation, the book which was the impetus for Food Inc, was a one-sided mess (Michael Pollan's The Omnivore's Dilemma covers the subject better, IMO). I probably will see Food Inc eventually though, just to see where it diverges from FFN and if it's better researched.

I recommend anyone that feels compelled to reinvent their diet after Food Inc and Super Size Me watch [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Fat-Head-Tom-Naughton/dp/B001NRY6R2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1273415619&sr=1-1"]Fat Head[/ame] first though.

Edit: As in, you don't know who/what The Avengers are?

Thats the same question that I was thinking...here's a wee bit o' clarification:

SPOILER...I guess...

The avengers is another series that was multiple "Heros" etc...they are building up for the movie in 2012, I think.

The Avengers (2012)

EDIT: Yep, 05/04/2012 is the release date for the film. Hence why they are working to link all of these films together.

The Producers - musical remake....meh. Nathan Lane > Zero Mostel, but Gene Wilder > > > Matthew Broderick. And movie versions of musicals suck.

"The Listening Project". EXCELLENT documentary...highly recommended sharing for anyone who has friends or family members with very small minds (aka my 59-year-old stepdad who has NEVER lived outside a 4 mile hicktown radius). An eye-opening film about other countries' perceptions of the States and American people as a whole. Very interesting...not biased either way. Good with the bad.

Thanks to Netflix streaming, I've been watching my share of documentaries lately: Cocaine Cowboys, Cocaine Cowboys 2, and Beer Wars.

I found the Cocaine Cowboys movies to be very interesting. Not only was it neat to see how much it did for building up Miami, but then to also get a different perspective from how things were handled on the West Coast.

Beer Wars was interesting to see the challenges that face the small brew companies, and how much power the large breweries have. I was never truly aware of how the three-tiered system was implemented and how it works.
