I find it hard to take her seriously in any role. The first previews I saw for it, I would have sworn Atonement was a period spoof of some sort.

Just saw "The Duchess" recently, and I gotta say Keira was pretty strong in it. The previews made all the main characters (especially Ralph "call me Ray" Fiennes) seem like they were going to be one-dimensional, but there was more depth than I expected.
