I enjoyed it, but it's not Scorsese's best work IMO. Daniel Day-Lewis is a great fucking actor. It's too bad he's not in more movies.

If you haven't seen 'There Will Be Blood' yet...do so. He's out of his mind in that movie, and it's a great fucking movie.

Last movie I saw was "Hancock" starring Will Smith. Not a bad movie, just not what I expected; and they leave it open for a sequel, so I'll be looking for that in the future.

Watched "Surf's Up" last night with the kids.

If I see Kelly Slater's name pop up one more time on tv, I'm going to puke. I always enjoyed sufing with him in high school, but his success just makes me ill.

Saw There will be Blood - I guess I don't see why it was so highly thought of. Literally I could have skipped to the end and guessed right - I'll likely still watch it again though but I don't know if it's one of DDL's best movies even....

Finally saw 300 too....it was more than I was expecting and the queen chick was HOT

Not bad at all. I enjoyed it, the kid enjoyed it. Not as good as the first, but then, I loved the first one. But then again too, it was not a suck ass sequel either, and certainly worth the cost of a ticket and small crappy $5 popcorn.

Agent Meyers is gone (you'll know why), and the feel is more for the laughs than the serious horror factor.

Like most big special effects movies, you should see it at the movies to get the whole enchilada of the blue screen effort.
