This kind of shit would probably fly a lot better with Ole Miss fans if he'd actually win the top 10 game. Reminds me of when Rick Neuhesisel took over Colorado, took the team inner tubing down Boulder Creek, went 10-2 in his first season and was praised for being a youthful fun coach in contrast to the stodgy Gary Barnett. Then he decided not to recruit linemen, the team became soft as tissue paper, and the tubing outing became a retrospective predictive symbol for an immature, soft, gimmicky coach instead.
