I don't hear the chirps I heard after last season of Foster not being able to recruit, playing slow ball and not being able to compete outside of the big ten, and the get rid of Foster, the game has past him by...

He is taking this program to the national level...We have multiple mcdonalds all americans, shoudl be a top 5 team in the country next year, and especially the year after could be an even better team...
Chirp. I know that you are referring to me as one of those. If they are one of the top 5 teams in the country next year, I will be shocked. You still have to remember that Taylor will only be a freshman and I still go back to the point that they need some perimeter shooters so other teams do not active in on Lavender.

I can see them being a very good team this season after next but Foster Bender be recruiting a post player to take over/help for Janetel during her senior season and to be prepared when she graduates. We are short on post players and Janetel only has two more years left as you well know.

I wouldn't give too much credit to Foster for landing Taylor because you might want to give some of that credit to Matta for recruiting P.J. :)

Yeah he will need another post, that will come next year...he already has a top PF in Darcye Moore, J.t.'s sister...

I don't have much of a problem with the outside shooting...Sammy will improve, Johnson, Moeller, Stokes...What would be huge is if Little could develop more of a jump shot to go with her defensive skills and her quickness...Harmon also shoots the ball well along with Schulze who should see lots of pt next year...

and Foster should get a lot of the credit, probably more than the shit he catches when a top tier girl leaves the state to play at a uconn, UT, etc where there was nothing he could really do about it...

I agree that if our outside shooting improves next year we should be pretty good but there are so many strong women's programs across the country that he just makes it very difficult for Ohio State. I don't understand why Schultze did not get very much playing time this year until the end of the season.

Schulze was due to confidence...She really gained a ton of it as the season went on...She looked so nervous on the court against North Carolina...I think next year she will have a big year...

That makes the second 6'2" recruit then he has for the 2010 class. He also has Darryce Moore. Foster really needs to recruit a taller post player for 2010 to replace Lavender. More and Ellerbe are 2 nice forwards but he really needs to go after someone big-time for the 5 position.
