Why don't you ask to get a response from that kid on the DELL commercials. You know the one, he's always talking to the parents of one of his friends. Convincing them to buy his pal a DELL computer. I bet he could find a solution for you in about 2 minutes.

'Dude, you're getting a dell' got fired for smoking weed :) His comercials were extremely effective, they wanted to keep him, but at the end of the day, they had to let him go.

I guess the upside is that he is free to pursue a career in the movies :)

Ohio State students get 35% off all IBM products (read: laptops...all of them). This puts them cheaper than anything Dell can offer. If any of you guys who aren't students wants a laptop, I can buy one and have it sent to your address (and hopefully, like...you'll pay me back or something...). That's how strongly I feel about Dell's bullshit service.

Dell's rep is from a hardware perspective moreso than software and firmware... I've had great luck on the hardware... but the software support does cause one to pull their hair... sure was nice when IT was one of my depts...
