If trans fat is so bad for you, why is it always in good food? Is there trans fat in brussels sprouts, asparagus, or rice cakes?????
This thread is retarded. Where are the lolcats when you need them?

Trans fat has not always been in good food. At one time, trans fat was supposed to replace the bad fats (it was scientifically engineered). It turned out to be worse for the body than the fats that it was replacing.

I made it through the holidays without eating a Krispy Kreme, 4 months without one. That was my toughest test thus far.

Please remember to go to the first page of this thread to the link so you can express your thoughts about their product. They are working on a tasty but healthier doughnut, the more people that contact them, hopefully the faster they will come up with the new product.

Thanks,

dj
