I recently received this e-mail from Krispy Kreme:

products.

We are happy to announce that as of January 7, 2008, all Krispy Kreme
products sold in the United States have zero grams trans fat.

Certainly I recognize that my campaign had little to do with the change, but I did all that I could do. I started my campaign in '07, they informed me that they started looking at removing trans fat in '03, so I am not taking credit, just excited that I did my part and they have finally made the move.

It's saddening really, after seeing his results I was going to start my Donny/Thump 08 campaign to get them into the white house, I had it all planned out "Donny will take care of your fat while Thump fucks you in the ass"

I tried my first dozen of Krispy Kremes without trans fat this weekend. They were O.K. I don't think the taste difference in that significant, but I can't render a final decision with only one dozen sampled.
