I love that Urban does not hesitate to make moves to give us the best chance at winning and makes them quickly. Kevin Wilson gives us a GREAT shot at winning and this is by all accounts a home run hire. Can't wait to see what he does with our offense next year, we're going to have more talent available than I can ever remember (on paper anyways).

While I suppose I agree that he moves quick once he realizes a hiring mistake I really feel UFM needs to evaluate his hiring process.

Bottom Line Withers and Beck should've never been here to begin with and Warriner should've never been promoted.

I just want to share that we return 4 of our front 5, our running back, our quarterback, and most of our WR's. Shit it will be fun

But I'd love to see this offense with a creative mind. Too many for him not to utilize. Weber, Williams, McCall, Victor, Mack, Brown,Hill, all of the athletic TEs and whomever is at QB.

Yeah he moved switfly on this one. Just a quick 2 wasted seasons and Beck was out the door.

Yes. Guys I didn't mention but it's not Kevin Wilson who's going to be hired. It's me.

I told UFM he was an idiot and I'd get things right and he was like "bro A to B" we then shook hands and he gave me a 120mil contract for 5 years. Sorry but yes I have all the answers.

/sarcasm... I've been saying this for a long time. Going back to LAST YEAR and even when we were burning teams this year I maintained changes needed to be made. No hindsight needed for this conundrum just good ole fashion PLAIN sight. It doesnt take a genious to see it was a huge error. Also i realize its not popular to criticize a fantastic coach but theyre human and they make errors too. Just because I have harped on UFM the past few days doesn't mean I don't believe in him or believe he doesn't know how to run a great program. Obviously I do belive in him and he is one of the top 2 coaches today. Like I said he isn't perfect but he damn near is.

Next time you come at me maybe read some of my posts in the past.
