the rumor is that the 2010 pick is a conditional pick based on performance levels that could reach as high as a 2nd.
I have no reason to doubt you but I have never seen that about the 2010 draft pick being a conditional one and I have read many articles about this trade.

peter king's article on SI.com about the trade shortly after it happened had the pick as conditional.

besides, if it wasn't conditional, the actual terms of the trade would have been disclosed by now.

The Soldier is at it again.

Kellen Winslow's been up in the news a lot lately because of his recent trade from Tampa Bay to Seattle. And now the new Seahawks tight end has been accused of trashing a $9000-a-month rental home in California.

His attorney, however, calls the claim "bogus." Brent Schrotenboer of the San Diego Union-Tribune obtained a claim filed against Winslow that alleges the tight end left a rental home in Rancho Santa Fe in -- literally -- crappy condition.

"Every corner of the home was damaged," the claim alleges. "The house was overpowered with a putrid stench of animal waste."

According to the claim, Persian rugs "were stained with dog urine and also littered with dog feces," and the resulting alleged damage cites $133,000 in damage.

This soldier is not the issue, Dude. The other Kellen Winslow. The millionaire. There is no reason--NO [censored]ING REASON--that this guy's son should rent your house and his [censored]ing dogs [Mark May] on your rug. Am I wrong?

"That's Canine Profiling and I Resent It."
