Guess we disagree then. I think Urban would use this in recruiting. Maybe it will help, maybe it won't. But I'm willing to cheer for something that may help OSU over something that will hurt a program I don't like. But I see you and I are different in that respect. That's OK. My like for OSU outweighs my hate for other programs. You'd rather hate. That's ok.

It's not a question of whether I would "rather hate", mister straw man. It's that I, unlike you, know being 3rd in the polls versus 4th means jack fucking shit. Spare me your "like for OSU" crap, too. I graduated from the school and have donated too much money to it to have you, or anyone else, question my loyalty. You root for the football team. Goodie for you.

I mentioned it could help in recruiting, not that it matters in the BCS. Please show me where I claimed the latter, as you suggest I did.

Agreed. So is claiming superiority over others on the suggestion that you're a graduate or donate cash to OSU.

well the nice thing about potentially being 12-0 is A) is sets up a boat load of momentum going forward as far as recruits and B) we get to pretend like we'd totally own the team we would've faced in the NCG.

My off season will go like this if we beat THEM "pshh, who cares if (insert NCG winner) won? We would've stomped them anyways" :biggrin:
